Meet Andalas the rhino Adonis

July 26, 2013

By Mic Smith

There’s a new man about town for the females of the critically endangered Sumatran rhino species – Andalas.

In my most recent Groundreport article, Andalas’ vet, Benn Bryant from Taronga Western Plains Zoo talks about Andalas’ role in critical conservation efforts.

Press play on the audio to hear Bryant say why Andalas and the females at the Sumatran Rhino Sanctuary (SRS) in Sumatra are so precious. All photos have been published on Mic Smith Geographic with permission from the International Rhino Foundation .
